Chinese Oak Loveseat

Chinese Oak wood is dense finer grained hardwood that is about 5% harder than Red Oak. The heartwood is light brown and some boards may even have a lighter pinkish tint to them. Chinese Oak is ideal for outdoor furniture because of the tannic acid in the wood that protects it from fungi and insect attack.
Features
- Kiln dried to less than 1% = virtually no warping or cupping
- Stained with a light oil for additional weatherproofing
- Mortise and tenon joinery using Swedish exterior grade Casco Nobel glue
- Solid brass fittings with high quality fasteners for superior holding strength
