• 2 x 3 wood wall framing
• 2 x 4 wood trusses on all 8' kits. 2 x 3 wood trusses on 6'
• Panelized wall sections saves time in assembly
• Duratemp siding prefastened onto wall panels
• All other parts are precut and ready to assemble
• 2 working windows with safety glass, grids and screens (14" x 21")
• Child Dutch Door (20" wide x 40" high)
• Flowerboxes and Shutters for the Windows
• Adult Dutch Door on Side (61" high x 34" wide)
• 6 x 8 and 8 x 8 models come with 2 cape cod dormers (non functioning)
• 8 x 10 and 8 x 12 come with 3 cape cod dormers (non functioning)
• Hardware needed to assemble (screws, latches, handles, nails)
• Outside corner trim (high quality composite material)
