A top quality greenhouse at a fair price - perfect for the gardening hobbyist. The Devon unit is able to withstand both wind and snow loads and was constructed for ease of assembly by the customer. The greenhouse includes the base frame and the air exhaust system. In extreme climates the exhaust system is a necessity both to help control temperature build-up and provide good air flow for the plants. The exhaust system consists of a shutter fan, a motorized vent(s) and a thermostat. All parts are top of the line manufactured by Schaefer Ventilation Equipment. Features:
*2 Roof Vents

*Mill finish aluminum construction.

*Double sliding doors, opening to 47”. This allows for easy access and midsummer venting.

*Shatter-resistant polycarbonate 6MM twin-wall for more efficient heating control along with a higher degree of safety. UV protected on the outside and carries a ten-year guarantee against yellowing.

*Powered exhaust system consisting of a fan motorized wall vent(s) and a thermostat

*Fan and vent(s) are sized to give a good airflow through the greenhouse.

*Devon greenhouses include a comprehensive assembly manual along with a DVD showing each stage of assembly along with an 800 toll free help line.

WarrantyDevon Greenhouses come with a ten-year warranty on the frame against decline due to faulty workmanship. The polycarbonate also carries a ten-year warranty against yellowing. Schaefer Ventilation products carry a one-year warranty on their equipment.
