You can't go wrong with the quality provided by Essex Greenhouses and the compact size of their Lincoln Lean-To Line. Now any green thumb can have a nursery, even with limited space! This 8ft x 12ft model is so spacious, and fits so nicely against the side of the house, we feel it holds its weight against other stand-alone models. The philosophy at Essex Greenhouses is to produce a top quality greenhouse at a fair price, and they certainly have fulfilled that credo with the Lincoln Lean-To Line of Greenhouses. The Lincoln includes the base frame, which is an integral part of the unit. We include the air exhaust system. In extreme climates this is a necessity both to help control temperature build-up and provide good air flow for the plants. The system consists of a shutter fan, a motorized vent (or vents depending on greenhouse size), and a thermostat. All parts are top of the linen and manufactured by Schaefer Ventilation Equipment.

* Powder coat finish available in standard Green or White finish. (custom colors are available to match some may carry a small additional charge for special powder mix).

* Aluminum clad Hinged door (32" wide on 5ft wall models/ 36" wide on 6ft wall models) with screened sliding center glass panels allowing for additional mid summer venting.

* Rainwater kit included standard with all models. Be Green - Add containers and collect rain water for your nursery.

* Exhaust system consists of a fan(s), motorized wall vent, a thermosta, and fan speed controller.

* Shatter-resistant, UV-protected polycarbonate 6MM twin-wall for more efficient heating control along with a higher degree of safety. Carries a ten-year guarantee against yellowing.

* All glazing is pre-taped from the factory panels - "ready to use" from the box.

* Eave height allows plenty of working room inside and allows more room for shelving.

* All greenhouses include comprehensive assembly manual along with a DVD showing each stage of assembly along with an 800 toll free help line.

Warranty
Lincoln Greenhouses come with a ten-year warranty on the frame against decline due to faulty workmanship. The polycarbonate also carries a ten-year warranty against yellowing. Schaefer Ventilation products carry a one-year warranty on their equipment.
