Return Policy
We want your shopping experience with us to be a pleasant one. Please feel free to contact us about any questions or concerns you have about a product before your place your order.
All returns require an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact customer service at 1-888-867-2770 to return a product. Please note that returned products are subject to return shipping fees, restocking fees, and/or original shipping fees. We will provide you via email instructions on how to return your item(s) and the amount of your refund once the item is received.
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused condition with the original packaging. Items that are not in new, unused condition will only be eligible for applicable warranties. Some products, including, but not limited to, customized products, are not eligible for returns. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing to identify such products. Refunds are not issued until the item has been returned and inspected.
Items refused at delivery are considered returns without an RMA. Without a valid RMA, a refund may not be able to be issued.
In the case of a freight delivery that you are required to sign for and that appears damaged and/or mishandled by the carrier, you may refuse the delivery. Please contact us right away to notify us right away so that we can work to have a replacement shipped to you.
Damaged Products
In the event of a damaged product, please notify customer service. We will work to provide you a replacement of the damaged piece, or the entire product, where applicable or necessary. Please note that we are not able to expedite shipping on replacement parts. Large products that are delivered via freight carrier must be inspected at the time of delivery for damage, and this damage must be noted on the bill of lading/delivery receipt. In the case of extensive shipping damage, you may refuse the shipment. Contact customer service immediately in order to begin the process of receiving a replacement product.
